During the wee hours of Monday, a posh car rammed some autos parked on the Cathedral Road Chennai. 13 autos were severely damaged and nine drivers were injured. One of the drivers named Arumugam died on the spot. Another driver is struggling for life in hospital.

The person who is responsible for this gruesome accident was driving the car in a drunken state. He has been immediately arrested by the police.

The deceased Arumugam is survived by a seven-year-old daughter named Manisha. News reports say that the girl has been orphaned now as her mother has passed away a few years ago.

Now, actor and Nadigar Sangam General Secretary Vishal spoke to the family members of Arumugam and has said that he will take care of the entire Educational expenses of Manisha, through his Devi Trust.

It is worth recalling that Vishal has already undertaken the educational expenses of the two children of Munusamy, a carpenter who lost his life a few months ago in a similar incident.
