Actor Vishal has been a name to reckon with in Kollywood, with his mass action hero image, and he's currently one of the powerful personalities of the industry, being the President of TFPC. The actor had last delivered the mass entertainer Sandakozhi 2 directed by Lingusamy, released last year.

The latest buzz is that, Vishal has been approached to star in a Tamil - Telugu bilingual which will be directed by Teja, who had directed hits like Jayam, and had last directed the Rana Daggubati - Kajal Aggarwal starrer Nene Raju Nene Mantri which was his comeback flick after a series of duds, and is currently ready with his next, Sita starring Kajal Aggarwal.

Vishal had earlier attempted a bilingual in the early stages of his career, with Sathyam which was released simultaneously as Salute in Telugu, and enjoys a considerable fan base in Tollywood as the dubbed versions of Sandakozhi, Thimiru, Thamirabharani and recently Irumbuthirai have been hits. An official confirmation on this bilingual with Teja is awaited. Meanwhile, Vishal's next release will be the cop flick Ayogya, following which he'll work with Sundar.C for a family entertainer.
