It's a known fact that actor Vishal who was last seen on screen in Action directed by Sundar C and is awaiting the release of Chakra, will be making his debut as a director with the upcoming action thriller Thupparivaalan 2 following his conflict with director Mysskin.

Now the latest update is that Vishal is all set to resume shooting of Thupparivalan 2 from November 9. Thupparivalan 2 is the sequel to the 2017 movie Thupparivalan and will have Vishal and Prasanna as Kaniyan Poongundran and Mano. A part of the film was shot in London, directed by Myskkin, who made the first part.

Unfortunately, Vishal and Mysskin had a conflict over over budget and salary which grew, and Mysskin opted out leading Vishal to take over as the director. Thupparivalan 2 also stars Rahman, Gautami, Munna and many others and will have music by Ilayaraja.
