Ever since the Coronavirus pandemic started in India, film and TV serial shooting was cancelled and of late, serials resumed shooting. However there have been cases of Coronavirus reported in several shoots, affecting the whole crew as well.

While several Bollywood movies like Akshay Kumar's Bellbottom and Aamir Khan's Laal Singh Chaddha have started shooting abroad, in India shootings haven't resumed full fledged and yesterday the central government allowed film shootings and issued strong guidelines to be followed. Now Actor Vishal has thanked central government and expressed his wish that TN govt must allow shooting soon.

Vishal tweeted "Thanks to the Central Govt for granting permission to resume Shoot & hopefully all Film Units will resume Shoot by following all Necessary Regulations for a Safe Environment....Looking forward for the TN State Govt to announce the date to resume Movie Shoot....GB".
