It has been confirmed that Vishal's 'Kaththi Sandai' will be hitting the screens for this Deepavali festival. The official release date will be confirmed through the newspaper ad tomorrow (August 12).

The film directed by Suraaj stars Vishal and Tamannah in lead roles and the stellar supporting cast includes Vadivelu, Soori, Jagapati Babu, Tarun Arora and many others.

This leads to crowding of most expected flicks for Deepavali season. Already Karthi's mega-budget fantasy horror flick 'Kaashmora' and Dhanush's political thriller 'Kodi' have confirmed Diwali 2016 release.

This will be Vishal's third Diwali release in four years after 'Pandiyanadu' (2013) and 'Poojai' (2014).

This will also be the second time, Vishal and Karthi, the present General Secretary and Treasurer of Nadigar Sangam will clash head to head at the Box office for Diwali after 'Pandiyanadu' and 'Azhaguraja'.
