Fans are eagerly awaiting the release of the Vishal starrer 'Thupparivalan' directed by Mysskin and produced under the actor's home production banner Vishal Film Factory. 'Thupparivaalan' is a detective, crime drama with Vishal playing the lead role of detective Kanian Poongundran.

'Thupparivaalan' is touted to have exceptional stunt action sequences as said by Vishal in an exclusive interview to Indiaglitz. . "I felt ashamed in this film. I was able to only give 70 percent of my best in the action sequence as I lacked agility. I could have given my best performance if I had learnt a martial art such as karate or gymnastics," Vishal said. The actor also vouched to attain his goal of mastering a martial art by the next year.

The Puratchi Thalapathy considers the action sequences in 'Thupparivaalan' to be the best ones in his career so far. He also explains that the risk taken for the film was much greater and different than for the other films he had acted in, therefore fans can expect nothing less than the best.
