Reacting to the suspension of the Vishal Film Factory from the TNFPC, Vishal in his press meet went all guns blazing with a touch of humor here and there. He was quick to make it clear that no formal notice has been served to him, but he knew about his suspension only through the press. Karunaas had earlier said in an interview that the Producer Council consumes bondas and bajjis in meetings but do not do the needful. Vishal challenged the Council that they did not dare to take action against Karunaas(a ruling party MLA and Caste based leader) but they have done so against him for the same reason.

Vishal stated that he had nothing personal against TNFPC head Thanu who is obligated to answer his questions just like the way he (Vishal) answers members in the Nadigar Sangam. His main bone of contention is that he and his team had caught red handed illegal filming of Suriya`s 24` in PVR Bangalore but no action was taken by the Council.

Vishal said that he is not someone who is concerned only with his films doing well and he warned that his questions to the former Nadigar Sangam had brought him here and similarly a young team will contest the Tamil Nadu Film Producers Council elections. Whew starting from tomorrow we are sure to have more from the other side and will bring them to you promptly.
