The news of the Hyderabad girl Jasleen Kaur leaping to death on Tuesday only because she failed to secure a good rank in NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) has shocked many. The 18-year-old girl taking her own life has saddened actor Vishal.
"I have heard the information that Jasleen Kaur has lost her life due to her failure. This is a terrible news, as we are losing one life after another because of the NEET exam. Present students are the future of our nation and if this continues, our students' dream will become a mirage. The students have to concentrate on NEET exam like a public examination without giving up. I am always ready to help them," the 'Abhimanyudu' actor noted in a statement.
"If NEET exam is permanent, the govt has to provide all facilities to students, like coaching and psychological training. That's the duty of the Govt. Else none of the poor students from Andra Pradesh and Telangana will think about medical education," he opined.
