It is common knowledge by now that Vishal's nomination was rejected not once but twice thereby halting the actor's wish to contest the R.K.Nagar elections. The reason cited for the rejection of the actor's nomination was that the two proposer signatures were forged.

In a new development, one of the proposers has stated to the election officer that the signature did not appear to be his when it would have made sense if he had told that he hadn't signed in the first place, and that it was a forged signature. A serious issue such as this has now turned a tad comic affair and confusion.

Pertaining to this, the actortook to his socialpage to express his feeling about it. "Here is another instance of the mockery of democracy. The person accepting that the signature made by him is not his," Vishal stated in addition to posting the actual footage of the exchange.
