Actor Vishal has lodged a complaint against senior producer RB Chowdhary at the T Nagar Assistant Police Commissioner's office in Chennai. Interestingly, the 'Abhimanyudu' actor himself revealed the news on Twitter.

In his complaint, Vishal stated that he had procured loans from Chowdhary for producing films under his banner Vishal Film Factory by pledging properties, including his house. The actor alleged that, in spite of his paying back the full loan amounts, the veteran producer is refusing to hand over the documents of his house and other properties that he had pledged.
Putting out his version, Vishal wrote, "It’s unacceptable that Mr #RBChoudhary failed to return the Cheque Leaves, Bonds and Promissory Notes months after repaying the loan to him for the movie #IrumbuThirai. He was evading giving excuses & finally told me that he has misplaced the documents. We have lodged a complaint with Police (sic)."
The police have registered the complaint and have started an enquiry, reports say. The issue is even more sensitive since Chowdhary's son, actor Jiiva, is friends with Vishal.
