Chellamae fame Vishal is currently playing the hero in Lingusamy's Sandaikozhi opposite Meera Jasmine.

Vishal who played a caring husband to Reema Sen in Chellamae and shot to fame hopes that Lingusamy would render a hit and help him make it big in Kollywood.

Meanwhile, Vishal has played a cameo in Oscar Film Ravichandran's Dishoom.

Dishoom features Jeeva and Sandhya in the lead roles. In the movie Vishal has played a karate instructor and appears in a couple of scenes.
