Indiaglitz had earlier reported that the Pandavar Ani of the rebel actors Vishal. Karthi, Nasser, Ponvannan and Karunaas and their team of actors who will be contesting in the elections for key posts in the Nadigar Sangam have released a detailed election manifesto in which they have given 42 promises to be fulfilled if they win in the election to be conducted on October 18.

Now we bring you the exact contents that is the he 42 promises given by the Pandavar Ani in their manifesto.

1. We will retrieve the Sangam`s land stuck up in legal tangle.


2. We will nullify the contract with SPI Cinemas with the consent of Executive Council and General Body Committee of the Sangam. The Sangam`s Land will be ours (Members of the Sangam).


3. The Nadigar Sangam Trust has been functioning with two members against the laws governing the trusts. We will make the Trust fully strong and legal by nominating the nine senior actors as its members.


4. We will form a special team to discuss and decide with a transparent approach to construct a new building in the Sangam`s land.


5. The new building will have facilities like an auditorium that will benefit our members which will also serve as a means to generate funds.


6. For the construction of a new building and to generate more funds for welfare schemes a film will be produced on behalf of Pandavar Ani` and the revenue earned from the film will be given as donation for the Sangam.


7. The expenses incurred by the previous administration will be re-audited and errors will be rectified. Necessary actions would be taken on if errors were found.


8. Enrollment Fees will be fixed for getting membership in the Nadigar Sangam. AROs will be brought under the bylaws. Their work, action and money transactions will be regularized


9. Arrangements will be made to give payment to Junior Artists referred by AROs either immediately after the completion of shooting or as salary through the Sangam.


10. The members list will be verified and systemized with photo and full details of each members.


11. A separate website for the Nadigar Sangam will be created. Through the website recommendations to directors, producers and production executives will be made to fetch job opportunities for the members of the Sangam.


12. A food court will be built in the premises of Nadigar Sangam. Food be sold at subsidized rates for the members.


13. Insurance cover will be provided for theater artists and film artists who are the members of the Sangam.


14. Apart from rendering our thanks to the Small Screen industry players for giving a large number of opportunities to our junior artists, we will also make recommendations to small screen producers and directors in order to fetch more job opportunities for the junior artists.


15. We will chalk out plans to fetch silver screen opportunities for our members who are acting in small screen.


16. The General Body Council rules will be changed so that the membership subscription fee shall be renewed once in three years instead of annual renewal.


17. Professional artists who have paid subscription for consecutive 25 years will be converted as Lifetime members and the laws will be changed to that effect.


18. The financial aid given to the members for education, wedding and last rites of their family members will be increased.


19. Monthly income will be given to senior theater artists, from the income generated from the fund kept as fixed deposit,


20. Arrangements will be made for members to undergo complete health checkup in one hospital in every district.


21. Arrangements will be made to construct ASSOCIATION OLD AGE HOME and take care of the basic necessities of the senior artists who are forsaken by their families.


22. Talks will be initiated with the Government to increase the income of Theater artists depending on exhibitions for their livelihood.


23. In line with the subsidy offered by Indian Railways for theater artists to make outstation travels, efforts will be taken to get such subsidy for bus travel also.


24. Special schemes of artist associations of other states will be studied and implemented in our Sangam.


25. The theater artist across Tamil Nadu who are members of the Sangam will get new costumes, Makeup kit (including hair dressing), music instruments and others required for the roles they play, at free of cost


26. Every year, two theater troops and three theater artists performing the ancient forms of theater arts will be selected and recognized with Swamy Sankardas Artist award and cash incentives.


27. Actors winning Central Government or State Government awards will be felicitated by the Sangam.


28. Accommodation facilities will be created and maintained for the outstation theater artists visiting Chennai.


29. Recommendations will be made to the Central and State Governments to honor the deserving artists with awards like Kalaimamani, Padma Bhushan and Padma Sri.
30. Opportunities will be created in Cinema for theater artists at the times when dramas are not staged.


31. A Film division with Cinematography, Editing and Music composition will be created within the Nadigar Sangam. In that, young artists will be deployed to interview senior theater and film artists and make documentary films. .


32. We will chalk out plans to earn more than Rs.30 lakhs as monthly income for the Sangam without mortgaging the Sangam land.


33. A small-screen serial will be produced by Nadigar Sangam, to provide job opportunities for members and to increase the economy of the Sangam.


34. Two Dubbing and Editing theaters will be constructed in the Sangam premises.


35. Blue Mat auditorium will be constructed to make ad films.


36. 10 Caravans will be purchased and rented out.


37. Income hike will be sought from CCL (Celebrity Cricket League). Separate Star cricket tournaments will also be conducted to raise funds


38. The cases filed against actors Mr.Poochi Murugan, Mr.Kumari Muthu, Mr.Kaja Moideen and Mr.Sundaram for raising their voice to save the Sangam`s land will be immediately withdrawn.


39. Steps will be taken to increase the financial aid received by members from Mr.Jeppiar and Mr.Isari Ganesh.


40. Medical aids will be made available to our members from SRM Founder Mr.Pacha Muthu.


41. Steps will be taken to provide incentive for Children of Nadigar Sangam Members who score high marks in 10th and 12th standard examinations. Support for their higher education will also be provided from our Sangam.


42. We have created a special scheme called Guru Dakshinai`. We will announce it in our first General Body Meeting.
