The shooting of Vishal's next film 'Marudhu' has been completed recently and the team headed by director Muthiah is busy with the post-production works.

While the film will be hitting the screens in May, we got some interesting news about the first look, teaser and trailer release of the film.

Sources close to Vishal Film Factory, the production banner of Vishal which has produced the film reveal that Vishal fans will get Telugu New Year as well as Tamil New Year treats from the star in the form of 'Marudhu'.

The first look and teaser of the film will be released on April 8 on account of Ugadhi Puraskar or Telugu New Year while the audio launch and trailer will be unveiled on April 14 that is the Tamil New Year day. D.Imman has scored the music for the film.

The film will be hitting the screens in May after the TN Assembly elections.

'Marudhu' stars Vishal and Sridivya in lead roles. The supporting cast includes Soori, Radharavi and others while RK Suresh of 'Tharai Thappattai' fame plays the villain.
