The much-in-the-news Vishal, who is leading two major Tamil industry bodies, has launched a social service app named 'V Shall' in partnership with his friends.

What is the purpose of the app? It is to facilitate contacts between those who are willing to help others and those who need any kind of help. Philanthropists, charity-minded individuals, social activists and almost everybody will find it quite useful. 'V Shall' seems to be a deliberate way to reminded that V stands for both 'Vishal' and 'We'.

'Charity Begins From Home' is the caption of this app.

How does it work? Here is what Vishal & Co have to say about their initiative:

"If a person wants to donate from home but doesn't know how to go ahead with the same, V Shall will provide all the information required to enable the Donor donate to a deserving person. A thorough verification process will be done by the V Shall team so that the help reaches only the genuine cases.

V Shall will have verified requests from all over Tamil Nadu in different sectors especially, Medical, Education, Farming, Natural Calamity etc...

Once people donate to a particular cause, the donation will be accepted and will be transferred to the right person and a confirmation will be sent back along with a certificate and a thanks note from the beneficiary."
