Vishal's upcoming 'Laththi' is preparing for a Pan-Indian release on December 22, Christmas week. The makers have planned to release Laththi in five languages: Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada. Directed by Vinod Kumar, Vishal is playing a police constable in this film.

Sources tell us that Vishal dubbed for himself in three languages for the first time. The actor gave his voice in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi. The story is about a police constable and his 10-year-old kid, who is trapped in a building surrounded by a group of his enemies, and how they escape from the situation. Sunainaa (female lead) plays his wife in the movie.

Ilayathilagam Prabhu plays a pivotal role in Laththi. The team is set to unveil the movie's trailer on December 10. Yuvan Shankar Raja is scoring music for a Vishal movie for the 12th time with this movie. The technical team includes Balasubramanian as the cinematographer, Peter Hein as the stunt choreographer and NB Srikanth as the editor.
