Vishal is the surprise dark horse in the RK Nagar byelections as it has just been confirmed that he will be contesting there. He is likely to file nomination on Monday (December 4). People in the know are of the opinion that Kamal Haasan is backing him.

We at IndiaGlitz-Tamil conducted a poll in our social media pages this morning placing Vishal against the other candidates TTV Dinakaran (Independent), Madhusoodhanan (ADMK) and Maruthu Ganesh (DMK) and the action hero got a staggering 50 percent support even before the announcement.

The 'Detective' and 'Abhimanyudu' actor had on Friday talked about thinking of contesting the high-profile bypoll. One wonders what made him take this sudden and surprising step1.
