Vishal the surprise entrant into the political arena for the R.K. Nagar byelections vacated due to the death of former chief minister Jayalalitha has filed his nomination and has stated that he is not a politician but a representative of the people.  The action hero had clearly stated that he would not seek the support of the stalwarts Rajini and Kamal eventhough a section of the political media are of the opinion that he is backed by the latter.

Vishal has requested the WHISTLE as his symbol for the polls which again is connected with Kamal.  The Ulaganayagan recently announced that he would be bringing live two online platforms for the people "Thedi Theerpom Vaa" and "MaiyyamWhistle".  Do we need to connect Vishal's request to Kamal's idea or is it a co-incidence? Only time or a cryptic Kamal poem will tell.
