With Kochadiiyaan getting unlikely to release on April 11, other films are rushing to capitalize the gap. One among them will be Vishal-Lakshmi Menon starrer Naan Sigappu Manidhan which is the second film of Vishal’s home banner. UTV Motion Pictures has partnered with Vishal to produce this flick.

The film directed by Thiru was initially advertised in papers as a Tamil New year release After an official announcement confirming Kochadiiyaan’s release on April 11, doubts were raised about the release of NSM. Even director Thiru in an interview to a film news website stated that he can never think of competing with the Super star.

However, recently Dhananjayan of UTV has thanked Thiru and Vishal for completing the talkie portions in a very short span of time and mentioned that only the climax and a song need to be shot in hi Twitter page. He has also tweeted that the film will be ready for censor by second week of March and plans are on to release the film for Tamil New Year.
