The Annual General Meeting of the Tamil Film Producers Council which was held at Kalaivanar Arangam yesterday didn’t go well as one would have expected. Ruckus ensued as members shouted out for the actor’s resignation from his post and involved in behaviour that was not conducive to the proper functioning of the meeting hence receiving bad press.
Pertaining to this Vishal has stated that the meeting under the presence of the judge has been recorded including the ill behaviour of certain people during the meeting. The actor also added that despite all this the meeting was ended on a favourable note.
Furthermore the actor stated some people in the council are playing obstacles to good things owing to their personal grudge on him. “All the ruckus have been recorded. Each and everyone has the freedom to express their opinions. But the way they did express it wa totally uncalled for. I thank the police personnel for giving protection and helping the meeting to end in a good way.Come whatever, we will continue to strive for the welfare of the producers,” Vishal said.
