Send us your feedback to audioarticles@vaarta.com
The protests by people against the Sterlite corporation in Tuticorin has resulted in the loss of 11 lives including a 17 year old girl. Many political leaders have been voicing out against the issue including Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan.
Now, Vishal has let out a statement asking Prime Minister Narendra Modi tobreak silence on the issue. “Dear Prime Minister, pls break your silence atleast now. As BJP says, Protest is a form of Democracy, why can’t people do the same,” he said.
He also strongly condemned the brutal killing of the lives during the protest pointing out how there was unity among the people to stop something which is against the welfare of the people of Tuticorin. “Govt is supposed to be ‘for the people’ and not otherwise. 2019 pls be aware’ he ended.
