'Virupaksha', starring Sai Dharam Tej and Samyuktha Menon of the recent 'SIR' fame, will hit the screens in April. On Monday, the makers unveiled a sneak peek titled 'Into the world of Virupaksha Volume 1', wherein the putting up of a temple named Modhamamba Temple is explained. Sri Venkateswara Cine Chitra and Sukumar Writings recruited production designer Sri Nagendra Tangala for the purpose.

Director Karthik Dandu came to the production designer with a full sketch of the temple in mind. How the architecture must be, what designs must be seen, how the clay works have to be molded, etc., were decided upon later. The story takes place in a fictional town named Rudravanam, which is like a character in itself.

The makers further divulged that the makeshift temple was put up on the location after its pillars and idols were structured intricately.

With music by B Ajaneesh Loknath, the film is produced by BVSN Prasad and Sukumar, who also wrote the film's story.
