A viral video claims that a park in Delhi's Karol Bagh is haunted by a ghost. In the video, which has been widely shared on Twitter and Facebook, a gym equipment is seen swinging on its own even as a few cops watch on. Because it's night time in the video, it's all the more spooky to watch.

Hundreds of Netizens have claimed that a ghost was working out and that's why the equipment was swinging.

Turns out that the video is a total hoax. In fact, it is not even from Delhi but from Uttar Pradesh's Jhansi. The police have on Saturday said that it was the work of a mischievous person to play a prank on gullible people. The culprit applied grease and made it swing for longer than usual, a media report says.

"We got a tip-off about an open gym being used by ghosts! The team laid siege and soon found the real ghosts - Some mischievous person made the video of the moving swing and shared on #socialmedia. Miscreants will be hosted in a ‘haunted’ lockup soon #NoHostForGhost," Rahul Srivastav, additional SP, tweeted.
