Our very own international star Vir Das , who just completed its US tour with accolades across the states is all set to open India's biggest music gig i.e Hardwell.

For the records, DJ Hardwell who is worlds second best DJ is all set to perform in India on 13th Dec.

Vir is performing a mixture of acts this time. From opening the show along with his band Alien chutney, he is also doing a DJ mix at the same. Commenting on this, Vir said, "I'm honored and terrified at the same time. I'm honored because the event is for charity and we are all doing this for a great cause to raise money for kids and education. I'm terrified because i have to get 1 lakh EDM fans to dance to comedy rock music. I figure maybe people wanna smile and laugh a bit before they dance through the night. I may have an EDM track up my sleeve too."

Sources closed to him confirmed that his company has also designed a special graphic set for the same and he would also be doing a gig along with his band Alien Chutney, the band will try their hands at EDM for the first time. It will be a huge show, the expected crowd is over 100000.

Vir also opened the show for Russell brand earlier this year and now this , seems like Vir is the most preferred name in the space.
