As their latest Malayalam movies 'August-15' and 'Reghuvinte Swantham Rasiya', are getting ready to grace the theatres in the coming weeks, senior directors of Mollywood Shaji Kailas and Vinayan will take a short break from Malayalam to do their next films in Tamil.

Vinayan's new Tamil film will be titled as 'Kadhal Vedham'. Featuring debutante Murali Krishna as the hero, the movie will have 'Yakshiyum Njaanum' fame Meghna Raj as the heroine. This is the fifth Tamil movie of Vinayan in his two decade career of 34 films as a director.

Shaji Kailas's latest Tamil movie will be titled as 'Kadamai Kanniyam', which will be remake of the Hindi hit by Shimit Amin, 'Ab Tak Chappan'.

R K (of Ellam Avan Seyal) will appear in the lead role that Nane Patekar has done in the original.
