Director VV Vinayak, who lost the steam with consecutive duds, is making attempts to regain his glory with his next. The filmmaker, who is on a vacation, has reportedly entrusted ace writers Kona Venkat and Gopimohan to work on a script. What`s more interesting is that Vinayak has suggested the writers to develop the script for the sequel to Adurs. The film is likely to have NTR in the lead role.

Vinayak has been contemplating to collaborate with NTR for a while now. However, things never fall in place as the director had been busy with the debut films of Bellamkonda Srinivas and Akhil Akkineni. Speculations were also rife that Vinayak is in contention to direct Chiranjeevi in his comeback film. But, with his latest film Akhil turned out to be a disaster, Vinayak`s dream of directing Megastar Chiranjeevi in his 150th film have been shattered. Realising that the chances of him directing Chiru are bleak, the director felt that it would be a right move if he directs NTR in his next project.

The question is will NTR agree to work with Vinayak? We have to wait for a few more days to know the answer!
