Actor Vijay and director Prabhudeva reiterated that 'Villu' would be a bond like movie in Tamil. Everything is stylish about the film.

It was the turn of the 'Villu' team to meet the media in Chennai on Friday. Besides Prabhudeva and Vijay, also present on the occasion were cinematographer Ravi Varman, music composer Devi Sri Prasad and producers T Karunamoorthy and Arun Pandian of Ayngaran.

The bookings for the movie opened across Tamilnadu on Friday and the advance bookings were almost full for the first week.

Speaking on the occasion, Ravi Varman, said, 'we have shot the movie in various countries and it is one of the best commercial entertainers I have ever worked. Prabhudeva has combined class and mass elements well. Working with the unit was a delight.'

On his part, Devi Sri Prasad, said, 'the audio of 'Villu' is already a huge hit. All credit should go to Prabhudeva for getting the best from me. The songs have been captured well by Ravi Varman. The 'Villu' team will rock'.

Prabhudeva said, 'I would like to thank my producers Ayngaran International, who have been magnanimous and ensured that it turned out to be one of the big budget film in Tamil cinema'.

The whole unit including the star cast, technicians and everyone involved in the project have given their best for the film, he said and added, 'the co-operation and dedication shown by Vijay amazed me'.

Vijay, who plays a dual role in the film, said, ' it has everything in it. A bond like film with enough commercial elements and entertainment. It has everything in it what an actor could aspire for'

This is my 48th film, I would have rather preferred it to be my 50th movie, he said and added, 'the comedy in the first half featuring me, Nayantara and Vadivelu will bring the roof down in laughter'.

It is one of the costliest films in my career so far and has shaped up well, he said.

'Villu' will be hitting the screens on 12 January.
