'Vikramarkudu' to be remade in Hindi

Mass Maharaja Raviteja and Anushka Shetty starrer 'Vikramarkudu' will be remade in Hindi. Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha are supposedly playing lead roles in this Hindi remake.

Sources say this Hindi remake has been titled 'Rowdy Rathore'. Prabhu Deva is likely to direct this remake. Infact, 'Vikramarkudu' was already remade into Tamil. Karthi and Tamannah had played hero, heroines in this film.

'Vikramarkudu' in Telugu was written and directed by S S Rajamouli and produced by M L Kumar Chowdhary. This 2006 film was a hit in Telugu and completed 100 days then.Raviteja is seen in dual role in this flick.

Akshay Kumar will start shooting for the Hindi remake of this movie from July this year and popular film maker Sanjay Leela Bhansali is likely to produce this project.
