A buzz is doing the rounds in Kollywood that Vikram has given his nod for a new project that will be directed by Siruthai Siva. It is said that the subject is an out and out commercial venture which Vikram will be doing after a long time as all his recent flicks have had a classy touche to it. Siva after delivering four back to back blockbuster hits with Ajith is currently directing 'Annaathae' starring Superstar Rajinikanth which is half way through shooting and the rest of the portions will be shot in early 2021. Its truly an exciting prospect to see this brand new combo of Vikram and Siruthai Siva and surely will be a treat for fans if this turns out to be true.

Chiyaan Vikram has a strong lineup of interesting film projects ahead that would all be restarted once normalcy returns after the coronavirus pandemic. There is 'Cobra' directed by Ajay Gnanamuthu with music score by A.R. Rahman that is almost fifty percent complete. Vikram is also playing a pivotal role of Karikala Cholan in Mani Ratnam's mega multistarrer 'Ponniyin Selvan' costarring Karthi, Jayam Ravi, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Trisha.

Thre is also the newly announced 'Chiyaan 60' produced by Seven Screen Studios and directed by Karthik Subbaraj that also has Dhruv Vikram as the parallel lead. On top of this the intense star's long-delayed 'Dhruva Natchathiram' directed by Gautham Menon is also likely to be released in the coming months after a brief shoot for the pending portions.
