'Iru Mugan' Trailer Review

Iru Mugan trailer arrives with the surprise revelation of the second character played by Chiyaan Vikram in the film.
As in the teaser, it us the super stylish making - thanks to rich production values and brilliant camera work by RD Rajasekar- strikes the heart.
The film is set in Malaysia where a unseen criminal 'love' attacks Indian embassy. Indian spy Akilan and his associate are deputed to nab the criminal.
With this premise, the film promises to be a stylish and suspenseful action flick set in a foreign nation.
Vikram plays the hero Akilan and villain Love, an effeminate middle aged person with salt and pepper look.
Nithya Menen plays Vikram's associate and Nayanthara is his love interest.
All eyes are on Vikram's villain character who dominates the screen after his entry. The brilliant actor in Vikram excels in nuances in body language and dialogue delivery. This is definitely going to be a memorable treat for Chiyaan fans as well as general film buffs.
In short, the trailer serves as an apt preview for the brilliant team work lead by director Anand Shankar and raises the expectations to sky high level. The wait till September is going to be much much longer.
