Within a few hours from now, the team 'Iru Mugan' is going to come up with a delectable treat for fans with the teaser of the romantic song 'Halena' featuring the never before seen lead pair Vikram and Nayanthara.

At this moment it is a great pleasure to get some reliable information about the release date of music album and the theatrical release as well.

It is said that the makers of 'Iru Mugan' the mega budget stylish action entertainer are planning to release the music album composed by Harris Jayaraj on the 2nd of August, 2016 and the film will be hitting the screens on September 1 to cash in on the long Vinayakar Chathurthi holiday weekend.

We will have to wait for the official announcement on exact release dates but it is clear that the audio and film will be released on the first week of August and September respectively.

The film has been directed by Anandh Shankar of 'Arima Nambi' fame. Vikram plays dual roles in the film and one is RAW agent while the other character is reportedly a transgender. But the details of the second character of Vikram is being guarded by the team as a secret. This may be revealed as a surprise in the film trailer which can be expected to arrive on the audio release day.

'Iru Mugan' stars Nithya Menen as another female lead. Nasser, Thambi Ramaiah, Riythvika and many other prominent actors are part of the supporting cast. The film is being produced by Shibu Thameens.
