We reported over the weekend that the shooting of 'Mahavir Karna' starring Chiyaan Vikram in the title role has begun in Ramoji Rao Film City in Hyderabad. Directed by R.S. Vimal and produced by United Film Kingdom at a budget of 300 Crores the film is one of the biggest under production in Indian cinema currently set to star actors from Hollywood, Bollywood and other major Indian languages.

R.S. Vimal has shared that the current schedule of 'Mahavir Karna' is planned for 18 days and the epic Kurukshetra battle will be shot with thousands of stuntmen and junior artistes. As of now the shot of Vikram in majestic Karna costume arriving at the battlefield on a gold-decked chariot has been completed and the team is ecstatic by the outcome. The rest of the cast and crew details will be out with the motion poster in a few weeks time.
