Vikram looks up to Mallu movies

When the chips were down, Vikram got a fresh of lease with Shankar's Anniyan. The movie raked in moolah not just in Tamil Nadu, but also in Andhra Pradesh and Kerala. However his next Maja did not exactly set the cash registers ringing. Now Vikram is all keen to repeat the Anniyan magic in his next Bheema, the shooting for which is currently on in Chennai.

The actor, who is flooded with offers in Telugu and Hindi, is keeping silent waiting for Bheema to get over.

The latest buzz is that actor, who had acted in several movies in Malayalam before, watched Vadakkumnathan which stars Mohanlal in the lead role. He was impressed ths script and storyline of the movie that has reportedly acquired the remake rights of the movie.

Once Bheema is completed, the actor may begin works to shoot the Tamil remake of Vadakumnathan.

Previously it was Vikram had got the rights of another Malayalam movie Chandhupottu.
