Chiyaan Vikram is currently shooting for 'Saamy Square' directed by Hari which is the sequel of the 2003 super hit 'Saamy'.  Vikram is reportedly playing dual roles with Keerthy Suresh as one of the leading ladies and Trisha reprising her role from the original.  A few weeks earlier Trisha had announced that she is walking out of the project due to creative differences.

There was a media report yesterday that Shibu Thameens the producer of 'Saamy Square' had threatened Trisha saying "Trisha has to be a part of the film or pay a huge amount as compensation for our losses. After we approached the Producer Council she has agreed to be a part of the film. Trisha has a substantial role in this sequel.".  

Shibu Thameens has denied talking to any media person regarding the 'Saamy Square' issue or about the veteran leading lady stating "Its not true..The dignified people Vishal, K.E.Gnanavelraja, S.R. Prabhu and Nassar sir of respective association are aware of our real amicable interest and helping us to find a solution. We never ever opened upto any media on this topic."
