Want to know why Vikram is so successful these days?

Well, he is hardworking and sincere. But many more in Kollywood are, too. But what sets Vikram apart is the fact that he has managed to retain his simplicity and his essential humility.

He still knows to come up with unstinting praise for others.

Asked recently about his success, Vikram said he owed it to his directors. And when he said this there was no false humility in his voice. It was natural and spontaneous.

"I am a director's actor. The success of Sethu or Pithamagan belongs to Bala. An actor can succeed only if he delivers what a director demands from him. By working with good directors one gets to know a lot about the trade which helps in molding one's career. Dedication from the actor is also essential".

Vikarm added: "Thank Almighty, my association with directors Bala, Hari, Dharani, Shankar has helped me in a great way".
