Vikram's dual roles for 'Saamy 2' ? and other Exciting details

Hari is gearing up to direct the sequel to his 2003 blockbuster movie 'Saamy' with Vikram reprising his role of the kickass deputy commissioner Aaru Saamy. Trisha and music director Harris Jayaraj already signed the project to be produced by Shibu Thameens.

Latest developments on this front is that Keerthy Suresh has signed on to play another heroine. Unconfirmed sources reveal that Vikram is playing dual roles in 'Saamy 2', one as the deputy commissioner Aarusaamy and the other as a modern younger cop. It is said that the sequel will involve all modern gadgetry and edge of the seat thriller elements. We will have to wait for official confirmation on this one with only a couple of months left for principal photography to begin.
