Actor Vijay who is busy shooting for ‘Kaththi’ one of the most anticipated films in his career has delighted the entire unit by organising a grand feast.

The film that is being directed by A.R.Murugadoss was being shot in Pushpa gardens in Chennai. It was a 40 day long schedule, that included a break when Murugadoss went to take part in the promotions towards the release of his Bollywood flick ‘Hoiliday’, the remake of ‘Thuppakki’ which marked the director’s first association with Vijay.

Last week, Murugadoss resumed the shoot and has completed the schedule yesterday (June 15). To celebrate the successful completion of this long schedule, Vijay had arranged a feast for all the unit members of ‘Kaththi’ along with their families. He also presented special gifts to everyone in the unit.

The entire team including director Murugadoss was delighted by Vijay’s surprise treat. The Star not only organized the feast but also personally served the food to others along with ‘Ethirneechal’ Sathish who plays an important character in the film. Murugadoss reciprocated the affection by serving food to Vijay.

‘Kaththi’ stars Vijay and Samantha in the lead roles and the film’s release is scheduled for Deepavali.
