‘Vijayanand’: Famous businessman’s life story film to be released in Tamil!

Vijay Sankeshwar is one of the famous businessmen in India, who originates from Karnataka. The inspiring life tale of Vijay Sankeshwar is adapted as a biopic drama titled ‘Vijayanand’. The makers are planning to release the film in Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam. The movie team launched the official teaser of ‘Vijayanand’ today (August 2) at 10.05 am. 

Dr. Anand Sangeshwar, who is the managing director of the renowned VRL Group of Companies and an advertiser, is an expert in Logistics, Media and many other fields. Now, he has also started his own film production company named “VRL Film Productions”. The company’s first venture is the prestigious biopic ‘Vijayanand’. 

Speaking about this, he said, “Our production company is proud to announce its first film venture ‘Vijayanand’ – a biopic. My father is Vijay Sankeshwar, a respected and famous industrialist. He started his career in 1976 with a single truck. Today he is a nationally known businessman. I am immensely happy that I, Anand Sankeshwar, am taking a place in his growth path as a successor in his story of starting small and growing. I feel proud that the film which is going to be released in South Indian languages will also be released in Tamil. This is the first time that a biopic drama film is dubbed in other languages. We are extremely happy that our Vijayanand has achieved that honor.” 

Rishika Sharma, who previously directed the horror thriller ‘Trunk’, has helmed ‘Vijayanand’. Trunk star Nihal plays Vijay Shankareshwar while Ananth Nag, Vinaya Prasad, V Ravichandran, Prakash Belawadi, Anish Kuruvilla, Siri Prahalad and Bharath Bopanna play pivotal roles. Popular South Indian music composer Gopi Sundar (Bangalore Days, Ustad Hotel and Geetha Govindham) is composing the musical score for the movie.
