Dr Vijayakumar returns to acting after a decade of self imposed exile. He was recognized for his style of delivery of dialogue that matched the versatile actor Ananthnag. Dr Vijayakumar was seen in quite a few films and TV serials in his first stint.

In his comeback to cinema Dr Vijayakumar is taking the onus of direction and production besides appearing in lead role in Punararambha` – meaning starting again. It is so befitting to his come back to cinema.

This is a commercial entertainer; the protagonist facing hiccups in business finally reaches the doors of success. He gets anonymous money and how he change over in life rest of the film.
