Captain Vijayakanth is an actor who has been known for his action packed roles, and he has played the role of a police officer in many number of movies in his career with most of them being huge hits. Now his son Shanmuga Pandian is all set to act as a police officer as well.

Shanmuga Pandian had debuted with Sagaptham and was later seen in Madura Veeran both of which did not do well at the box office, and another movie Thamizhan Endru Sol was also dropped. Now he is all set to start his next movie after his recent acting training.

Shanmuga Pandian will be seen as a police officer in this movie which will be directed by G Boopalan who had previously worked with Siva in Viswasam, and this movie will also star Ronica Singh, Vamsi Krishna, Archana, Azhagam Perumal and Munishkanth. The movie begins shooting next month and its title will be announced by Vijayakanth soon.
