Son of Vijayakanth steps into the Sports business

Actor-Politician Vijayakanth's elder son VIjaya Prabhakaran has taken part in the auction for the teams participating in Priemere Badminton League held in Delhi and emerged as the highest bidder for Chennai Team.

The Chennai Smashers team purchased by Prabhakaran includes P.V.Sindhu, Jerry Chopra, Krishnapriya from Chennaim, Sony Diwi Kuncoro, Pia Zebadiah Bernadet and Simon Santosha from Indonesia, Chrish Adcock from England, Brice from France and Toby from Canada.

Prabhakaran has announced that if Chennai Smashers wins the title, 50% of the Prize money would be donated to Relief and rehabilitation activities for the rain and flood affected Chennai.
