The Indian Prime Minister Naraendra Modi launched his Swachch Bharath` (Clean India) mission n October 2, 2014. He also flagged off a campaign to involve various people to create a litter free India by 2019. Many celebrities from various spectrums have been actively taking part in this campaign. From Kollywood actors Kamal Haasan, Trisha and a few others took up street cleaning activity to promote this campaign. Now its actor Vijay has taken up the task of promoting the mission.
It has been confirmed that Vijay will be the main player in a mobile game that has been launched to promote Clean India` campaign. The game involves the player cleaning litter off the streets.
The game has been designed with five levels and has easy, medium and hard modes based on the speed on which the game has to be completed. The one who plays this game in his/her mobile phone will see it stating from Chennai and going across various Indian cities like Cochin, Mumbai, Delhi and Kolkata.
Given the popularity of Vijay among children and youth the reach of the game is expected to be tremendous thereby conveying the message of Clean India` to a larger audience.
Vijay has been in the good books of PM Modi. It is worth recalling that the latter met Vijay during his visit to Tamil Nadu during the 2014 Lok Sabha election campaign.
