Ilayathalapathy Vijay is presently busy shooting for his landmark 60th film directed by Bharathan. The team has completed a lengthy schedule at Hyderabad in the last week of June and the next schedule is expected to begin in a couple of days.

It is being rumoured that Vijay plays dual roles in the film. Unconfirmed sources suggest that the scenes involving one of the characters played by Vijay have been completed in what has been shot so for and the upcoming schedules will be for the scenes involving the other character of Vijay. The little birdie also tells that the 'Theri' star will be shedding weight up to 10 kgs for this character as he has to look so young in this character. If this is true it will be a rare case as Vijay is not generally known for changing his physique for his films.

'Vijay 60' is being directed by Bharathan of 'Azhagiya Tamil Magan' fame and produced by Vijaya Productions banner. The film stars Vijay and Keerthy Suresh in lead roles.
