Thalapathy Vijay is all set to act next in a movie which will be directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, who had made a stunning debut with Maanagaram starring Sundeep Kishan and Sri, and is awaiting the release of his second movie Kaithi starrring Karthi in lead role.

It has been said that this movie might feature Kannada actress Rashmika Mandanna, who is also a well known face in Tollywood. Her upcoming Tollywood flick Dear Comrade co-starring popular actor Vijay Deverakonda is all set to be released in Tamil as well, on July 26, and recently the trailer launch of the movie was held.

During the event, Rashmika Mandanna revealed the amount of hard work she put in for her role in Dear Comrade, as she plays a character Lilly, a state level cricketer, and for her role, she underwent 4 months of training in cricket, though there will be just close to 10 minutes of visuals of her playing cricket. The actress also explained on how she was only crying for 20 days of shoot, and how it took 4 months to dub with perfection after correcting mistakes.
