Vijay Sethupathi's 'Merku Thodarchi Malai' Update

Writer Lenin Bharathi who has to his credit such acclaimed films like Azhagarsamiyin Kuthirai` and Aadhalaal Kadhal Seiveer` is debuting as a director with Merku Thodarchi Malai` which is produced by actor Vijay Sethupathi who was mighty impressed with the storyline.

The film has a host of newcomers in the cast and the highlight is the music by Maestro Illayaraja. The shoot has been completed and currently the dubbing is going on in Madurai so as to get the slang to perfection. Merku Thodarchi Malai` is the second film after Dhanush`s Aadukalam` to dub in Madurai. The audio and the movie release dates will be announced shortly.
