Soori is gearing up to act as the leading man in Vetrimaaran's next after 'Asuran' produced by Elred Kumar under the banner RS Infotainment. The ace comedian opened new branches of his restaurants Amman Veg and Ayyan Non-Veg in Madurai airport road which was inaugurated by Sivakarthikeyan on Friday. The other frontline hero of Tamil cinema Vijay Sethupathi paid a surprise visit to the premises on Saturday and not only enjoyed a meal there but also posed for photographs with Soori's entire family. The surrounding area became a bustle of activity as in a space of twenty four hours both Sivakarthikeyan and Vijay Sethupathi were around.

Soori and Vijay Sethupathi go back a long way being very close "Mama Machaan" friends from the time they both were trying their luck in Kollywood. Though Soori has acted in both 'Idharku Thaaney Aasaipattai Balakumara' and 'Rummy' he had very few scenes with VJS. But in the upcoming 'Sanga Thamizhan' releasing on November 15th the duo can be seen throughout the film sharing many a comedic moment.
