Vijay Sethupathi is probably at the zenith of his career after his last three films 'Ka Pae Ranasingham', 'Master' and 'Uppena' turning out to be blockbuster hits. It is worth noting that he has played only a supporting character and villain respectively in the aforementioned films.
VJS is much in demand In all languages and has close to a dozen films in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Hindi and even a silent one 'Gandhi Talks'. Even in this busy schedule the hungry actor never lets good roles pass by even if he is not the hero in the film.
Vijay Sethupathi recently boarded the movie 'Viduthalai' directed by Vetrimaaran and starring Soori in the lead role. The first look posters were released a few days earlier impressing one and all. The response for the film from all quarters of the country has prompted the makers to turn it into a pan Indian film and a release in five languages namely Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada is said to be planned.
Vetrimaaran too is a big name all over the country and his recent Best Director National Award for 'Asuran' has further raised his stock. He and Vijay Sethupathi together have propelled 'Viduthalai' to a much higher level and producer Elred Kumar is said to be on cloud nine now.
