Vijay Sethupathi the busiest actor in pan Indian cinema has recently been seen in intense or antagonistic roles in films such as 'Master', 'Vikram'. 'Kadaisi Vivasayi' and 'Mamanithan'. After a long time he is getting ready to play an out and out comedy role on the lines of 'Idharku Thaaney Aasaipattai Balakumara', 'Soodhu Kavvum' and 'Oru Nalla Naal Paathu Solren'.

The biggest highlight of this new project is that Vadivelu is going to play the parallel lead and is uniting with Vijay Sethupathi for the first time. The film is set to be produced and directed by Arumugakumar of 'Oru Nalla Naal Paathu Solren' fame and this will be his second film with VJS. The rest of the cast and crew details will be out soon.

Vadivelu currently has 'Naai Sekhar Returns' and 'Mamannan' ready for release. Vijay Sethupathi on the other hand has in his hands Vetrimaaran's 'Viduthalai', Atlee's 'Jawan', Katrina Kaif's 'Merry Christmas' and half a dozen more films in hand. His long pending 'Yaadhum Oore Yaavarum Kelir' is all set to release this December.
