Vijay Sethupathi and Trisha have paired up for the first time in the film '96' which will mark the directorial debut of cinematographer Prem Kumar. The film has started rolling in the Spiti Valley of Himachal Pradesh.
Sources reveal that the director has selected as many as 30 locations across India where the film will be shot. The film will be shot in Rajasthan and Kolkata. The next schedule of shoot will begin in Kumbakonam and Trisha is expected to join the team in this schedule.
'96' is a matured romance flick produced by S. Nandagopal under his Madras Enterprises banner. Govind Menon is providing the music score while Shanmuga Sundaram handles the camera.
