Actor Vijay Sethupathi donned kakhi for the film Soodhu Kavvum` for a song in which he appears as a fake cop. Now it`s time for the talented actor to don kakhi for a larger part of a film as he will be playing an cop in one of his upcoming films.

Vijay Sethupathi has signed for the lead role in a film to be directed by Arunkumar of Panniyarum Padminiyum` fame. Sources close to the director reveal that the OrangeMuttai` actor is acting as an upright cop in the film, which has been tentatively titled as Ka.Sethupathi.`

Cop roles have done wondes to almost every hero in their respective film careers and hope this film will do the same for Vijay Sethupathi.
