As we all know Nayanthara will be playing an important role in 'Imaikka Nodigal' directed by Ajay Gnanamuthu of 'Demonte Colony' fame. The film's lead pair is Atharvaa and Raashi Kanna. Acclaimed Bollywood director-actor Anurag Kashyap will be making his Kollywood debut playing the lead antagonist in this film.

Now we learn from a reliable source that the Makkal Selvan Vijay Sethupathi who has been giving back to back super hits and achieved a top position as a commercial hero will be playing an important character in this film.

However, we will have to wait for an official confirmation or a denial from the makers about the inclusion of the versatile actor.

'Imaikka Nodigal' is being produced by C. Jeyakumar under his Cameo Films India banner. Hiphop Tamizha is rendering the musical score. RD Rajesekhar is the cinematographer and Bhuvan Srinivasan is the Editor. Noted Tamil novelist Pattukottai Prabhakar is penning the dialogues for the film.
